The college has laboratories of Language, Psychology and GIS and remote sensing that help increase students understanding and practical skills. GPS, ArcGIS and ErdasImagine software, Aerial photos, multi temporal and multi spatial satellite images, topographic map sheets covering four woredas with a scale of 1:50,000 are available in the GIS Lab of the college.

The ZarʿāyāʿiqōbCenter of Medieval Studies is a postgraduate study venue of History and Heritage Management. The center houses the senior essays, theses, and doctoral dissertations. In addition, the center contains books that have been contributed by various people for use in research and the teaching and learning process.

There are also digital resources uploaded on the computers. In addition, there is a recently launched “Forum for Medieval Studies in Ethiopia and the Horn” with a plan to facilitate collaborative teaching-learning and other capacity building activities for postgraduate programs.
