Debre Berhan University is one of the fast-growing universities of its age which has exhibited significant progress since its establishment in 2007 G.C. The university has been exerting its comprehensive efforts towards the successful implementation of its goal, in producing competent and high caliber professionals who will be committed to pivot and speed up the country’s endeavor in its drive of growth and transformation.
The Office of the Academic Vice President is accountable to the University President and holds predominant academic responsibilities for leading, coordinating, facilitating and providing momentum to research-oriented teaching-learning process in the University which is DBU’s core focus area.
