Curriculum Evaluation Held

On the occasion, Dr Hailemariam Birkie, Academic vice President, said that the advancement of the country, technological self reliance and development of technical human expert resource is mandatory. In addition, automotive industry in Ethiopia is developing at an alarmingly rate and therefore, we have gaps in motor vehicle engineering because of the non availability of indigenous automotive experts. 

He added that the objective of the work shop is to evaluate the curriculum of “Motor vehicle Engineering” for Msc program that enable graduates to acquire attitudes, knowledge and skills pertaining to motor vehicles.

The curriculum content was presented by Dr.Dayd along with his colleagues who are the specialist in the area.

Finally, discussions were made and constructive comments and suggestions were given to be incorporated in to the curriculum.
